He was abandoned by someone who didn’t treat him right, leaving him skin and bones and desperately in need of love and TLC.<br/>But Scout is a fighter. ❤ï ̧<br/>Since coming into foster care, Scout has received the veterinary care he needed, plenty of nutritious food, and—most importantly—SO much love. And look at him now! He has gained weight, he is healthy, happy, and thriving, and his sweet personality is shining through.<br/>Scout is your typical happy-go-lucky puppy! He loves to play, chew on his favorite bones, and get into all the fun puppy adventures. PAW-fect Match Rescue's Adoption Policy
♥ Apply to Adopt Complete our adoption application. All adopters must be at least 21. ♥ Phone interview An application coordinator will reach out to discuss your new canine family member ♥ Reference Checks Volunteer contacts your veterinarian (if applicable) and personal references. All resident dogs must be spayed/neutered and current with Rabies, DHPP (distemper-combo vaccine), and monthly flea, tick, heartworm prevention unless medical reasons prohibit. ♥ Family meeting All human and canine family members must meet the new dog at either an event or a private meeting. ♥ Finalize the Adoption Sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee which covers: • spay / neuter surgery • microchip • flea, tick, heartworm prevention • wellness exam • age appropriate vaccines All Pawfect Match dogs go home with a collar, leash, and a Pawfect Match tag.
