This young pup loves to play and thrives on interaction with other dogs. He does great with both large and small dogs and would especially enjoy having a playful dog as his companion in his forever home. Scout loves to play with cats as well! He would do best in a home with older children.

Scout is a smart puppy who is still learning his manners and is making progress every day. Like many young dogs, he enjoys chewing and has a particular talent for shredding paper, so continued training and supervision will help him succeed.

Because he’s young and full of energy, Scout needs plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation. He loves playing fetch, enjoys walks, and is currently learning how to walk politely on a leash. He rides beautifully in the car and does wonderfully during bath time. He is a very energetic boy!

Scout would do best in an active home, ideally with another young, playful dog to help him burn off energy and continue learning appropriate play skills. As a doodle, he will require regular brushing and professional grooming to keep his coat healthy and looking its best.

Scout comes with his crate, dog bed, leash, toys, and other essentials to help him transition smoothly into his new home. He will need time, patience, and consistency as he adjusts, and he should not be crated for extended periods. He wants to be part of the family and grow alongside his forever people. He is also up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.

If you are ready to invite this bundle of love into your home, submit an online adoption for Scout on our website.

Adoption app is on our webpage - click Adopt at the top of the page - DO NOT COMPLETE ON PETFINDER - www.ckanimalrescue.com

ADOPTION FEE: $650

CK Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopting a rescued dog can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life! These dogs seem to know they have been given a second chance to live long, happy lives with families who will cherish them forever. Our volunteers work very hard to ensure our rescues are given that opportunity....to find their own forever families who will give them their own Happy Tail! Don't buy puppies at pet stores while shelter animals die. They want to give love and be loved too. Spay & Neutering DOES save lives. And check out our cats and kittens who are waiting for forever homes too! Please visit our website at www.ckanimalrescue.com - see our beautiful adoptable dogs and other animals available. We appreciate your support.
