Scout aka Hershey says “I’m just a baby.” Also that he wants a forever home. Scout came from the Devore animal shelter where he was purely neglected. He had been attacked by a dog and who knows what else. His spirit is broken and he is learning how to be a pup day by day. Fosters have tried to help him open up and he has but it’s taking time. Scout looks to be a pitty lab, 9 months old, neutered, vaccinated , chipped and ready to find a home that can give him time. He needs a patient home. A home with possibly a dog to give him more confidence. He doesn’t want to walk on a leash yet but he will learn. He needs more than the 333 rule.
