Scottie's Story

Scottie came to us in poor condition, he is now healthy and looking for his forever home! He is a friendly big guy. He would do best in a home with no other animals. He’s a quick learner, he knows how to sit, shake, high five, and touch. He would do amazing in training classes! He loves car rides, going on hikes and playing with toys. He even loves the water!

Animal Charity of Ohio's Adoption Policy

We now located all under one roof at our new building! The first step in meeting your new family member is an application. You can apply on our website, animalcharityofohio.org under the adopt tab. Please email ACOADOPTION@GMAIL.COM with any questions. After that you will be contacted by our adoption counselor. She will review your application and verify vet records. Please either have your records available for her review or give your vet permission to speak with her to expedite the process. If you have pets already in your home a meet and greet is required.
