Surrendered due to changes in his family life, Scotch lived with his family for eight wonderful years. Unfortunately, as their lives changed with a growing toddler and a move, his family started neglecting him and was ultimately surrendered. <br/><br/>Now, Scotch is looking for a fresh start! He is good with kids and can be good with other dogs with a slow introduction. However, he does have too much energy for cats. Scotch loves to play, is friendly with everyone, and thrives on attention and snuggling! <br/><br/>He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and ready to join a new family.
