He has intervertebral disk disease, which affects his hindquarters. Sometimes he is able to stand on all four legs and take a few steps, but mostly he relies on his front legs to go places.

Scoots is a super happy little boy who scampers around without a care, always upbeat and excited to see you and play with his toys. But his favorite pasttime is being held and petted.
