Scooter's Story
Scooter
**Dog Selective but has had some yard buddies**
*VERY wary of men. Would most likely do best in a quiet, woman home.

Scooter is what we call a project dog. We here at the shelter adore him, because we have formed a bond with him so he trusts us. This is NOT a dog you take home day one. We don't know his full background but we know at some point something happened to make him wary of new people, especially men. He is very loving and goofy once he trusts you. We would love to see him get out of the shelter because we feel he would be an amazing dog once in a home. He is active so a fenced in yard would be amazing for him to run in. But he also would curl up beside you while you read a book or watch a movie as well. He has been here 238 days and counting.
