A rescue pulled him from the shelter, and one grooming session later and some love from a foster home...Scooter was a NEW MAN! <br/><br/>Now thriving in his foster home with another dog buddy, Scooter's personality is shining. He’s playful, a little clownish, sassy, and absolutely devoted to his foster mom. He's still learning to trust men, but with patience and kindness, he's making progress every day.<br/><br/>Scooter must have some part of him touching you at all times. A paw on your foot, a snuggle on your lap, or a lean against your side—he just wants to feel close. He does best with someone who understands that trust takes time and that a gentle hand is required.<br/><br/>Scooter is adored by everyone who meets him.
