Scooby's Story

Scooby is a resilient boy who had a rough start in life, leaving him with a tough-looking exterior-but don't let that fool you. His love and personality shine right through.

At 4.5 years old, Scooby identifies as a grandpa most days. He's low-to-moderate energy, enjoys a short walkie, then happily returns to his true calling: professional couch snuggler.
He's done well with the calmer, large dogs in his foster home, but he's a no-thank-you to small animals. Where Scooby really shines? People. All people. AMAZING with everyone he meets-this boy is a total lover.

Scooby is crate trained, potty trained, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and currently building a very respectable wardrobe. Fashion icon in the making.

He's currently on medication trials for skin issues and idiopathic head tremors and is showing great success so far. He's handled it all like a champ.

Scooby has been through a lot, yet remains gentle, affectionate, and full of love to give. He truly deserves the world-and maybe a cozy couch to call his own.
