This super friendly , happy go lucky , lover boy, SCOOBY was left behind by his family who moved on without any regard for him. For 2 weeks the neighbor provided food, water and shelter and then stepped up to pay for his neuter and necessary vaccines to HELP encourage and inspire his adoption.
