SCOOBY

Hi, my name is Scooby! I’m a 1 year and 3 month old German Shepherd–Pit Bull mix with a loyal, loving personality. I’ve been in my foster home for almost a week and have already shown what a great companion I am. Scooby has a great balance of energy, he enjoys walks and playtime, then settles into calm relaxation. He gets the occasional zoomies, loves chewing on his bone, and is an amazing cuddle bug. He is incredibly loyal and greets his people with pure joy every morning and when they come home, complete with kisses and cuddles. Scooby sleeps either in bed with his people or comfortably in his crate. He is fully potty trained and does well in his kennel, needing only a little encouragement to go in. He is learning leash manners, knows how to sit, and is very food motivated. He takes treats gently when told to “be gentle,” making training easy and enjoyable. Scooby also does great on car rides. His favorite things include bones, treats, and being with his people. Scooby has not yet been introduced to children or other animals. He would thrive in a home with a big yard, regular walks, and people who enjoy being active and present with him. Scooby is a sweet, loyal boy ready to bring love, joy, and cuddles to his forever home.
