Schindler's Story

Meet Schindler, a soulful and affectionate companion who has truly flourished into a "perfect housemate" during his time in foster care. This handsome explorer is the ultimate blend of a "velcro dog" and a polite gentleman; he is fully potty trained, crate trained, and loves to spend his nights snoozing soundly. While he's an expert at investigating the backyard, his favorite place to be is right by your side, where he can show off his world-class cuddling skills. Schindler is highly treat-motivated too. Which, combined with his eager-to-please personality, makes him a star pupil for anyone looking to bond through positive reinforcement training.

To help Schindler truly shine, he is looking for a structured, peaceful environment where he can be the center of your world. Because he values his space and a calm routine, he would thrive best in a single-family home where he is the only pet, allowing him to soak up all your love.

Schindler is a sensitive soul who practices "stranger danger," so he's looking for an adult-only household with humans who understand the "gentle parenting" approach to canine care. He does best with slow, patient introductions to new people, but he's also perfectly happy relaxing in a separate space when guests visit. If you're looking for a loyal, curious, and incredibly cuddly partner to share your quiet life with, Schindler is ready to be your new best friend.
