<p>This gorgeous young lady is Scarlett, a one year old husky that is looking for a great new home. Beautiful Scarlett is another lost soul.....allowed to stray from her home, with no one coming to look for her. Poor Scarlett was a bit shy and scared upon arrival, but after meeting a few of us, she decided that we were okay and worthy of her love and affection! Scarlett adores everyone she meets now and is just so excited to go out for walks with her new friends, and play in our giant exercise yard. Scarlett walks well on a leash and has had some training. She will sit, lay down, and offer you a paw shake for a treat. Scarlett is very curious and puppy-like, and has so much fun just sniffing and checking out the world around her. She seems interested and curious about other dogs, but it seems she would prefer a home with no cats. Scarlett is a smart, loving and affectionate girl that is so deserving of a great home, and one in which she will never stray from again! 10/8/12</p><br/><p>&lt;p&gt;</p><br/><p>If interested please visit our Forked River Shelter. The society cannot accept personal checks but we do accept Visa, MC, AE, Discover and cash. As part of our adoption process, we must have proof of residency. Homeowners must show proof of ownership; landlord approval is required for renters before an adoption can be approved.And as always we thank you for your kindness in opening your heart &amp; home to a Society orphan.</p>
