What she needs most is someone who won't give up on her and is willing to continue helping her become the best version of herself.<br/>At around 70 pounds, Scarlett is convinced she's a lap dog! She loves cuddles, pets, and spending quality time with her people. She enjoys being outside, going for walks, and learning new things.
