Sassy's Story

Sassy is a 3 year 6 month old Staffordshire Terrier. She entered our care on January 05, 2021 and has been waiting for her forever home since! She is currently our longest resident at the bully project!<br/><br/>Sassy was brought into rescue with her 7 puppies when her owner was no longer able to care for them. All of her babies have found homes, and now Sassy is ready for hers! Sassy LOVES to play ball and play with friends she makes withproper introduction! She's a Velcrodog, loves to please,food motivated, eager to learn and please.<br/><br/>Sassy's ideal day is laying around cuddling and going outside to play ball.<br/><br/>She prefers human females over males, unless the man has a beard, yes she prefers men with a beard! Shewould need an understanding family to work with her when doing introductions to men.<br/><br/>She is amazing on a leash and does well with other dogs. She does have food guarding behaviors, so would need to be fed separately.<br/><br/>She has had a rough start to life, but holds so much potential and loves unconditionally. Shejust needs an understanding family to help her achieve that!
