Sasha is a gorgeous 2.5 year-old German Shepherd mix with a tender, big heart and even bigger zest for life. After being found wandering the streets of Baytown, Texas, she spent four long months in a shelter kennel. During that time, she quickly became a staff favorite — the kind of dog who wins people over with her sweetness and tries her best to make a connection even in a tough environment. When she appeared on the euthanasia list, the shelter team rallied behind her, and Our Pet Project stepped in to give her the chance she deserved.<br/>Now living in her foster home (in the Houston area) with two large dogs, one small dog, and a whole crew of cats, Sasha is absolutely thriving and gets along famously with all of her fur-brothers and sisters. Within a short time at her foster home, Sasha has proven to be loyal, affectionate, and deeply connected.
