Meet Sarge!<br/><br/>Sarge was recently surrendered to the shelter. He's a very sweet guy who will definitely try to steal treats from your treat pouch with his big Shepherd nose. He is friendly with new people.<br/><br/>According to the surrender notes, he was an outside only dog, and is a German Shepherd/St. Bernard/Australian Shepherd mix. He hasn't really had any training, so he is a handful on leash and is a chronic jumper when excited. He will need training with both.<br/><br/>He, unfortunately, has tested heart worm positive. HSH will cover the cost of treatment, but he will need to be in a home (not a crazy shelter environment) to complete it.
