Meet Sarabi! This incredibly kind girl lives for attention and has no problem climbing right into your lap to soak up all the love she can get. She walks beautifully on leash with little pull, making strolls together calm and enjoyable. Sarabi does well with our house cats and may do well with other dogs once properly introduced. Since she came to the shelter as a stray, she's still learning the ropes with housetraining. However, she's quite treat motivated and eager to please- which means she'll catch on quickly with little bit of patience and consistency. If you are looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will happily keep you company on the couch or by your side, Sarabi may be your perfect match! At the Union County Humane Society, we spay/neuter, microchip, temperament test and vet check 100% of the animals we adopt to the public and continue to work with our adopters following adoption. We put over $350 into each pet we adopt out. Each Adopted Animal: - Has been examined by our veterinarian - Has been spayed/neutered - Is on heart-worm preventative - Is on flea preventative - Has been treated for worms - Has been vaccinated - Has been micro-chipped Adoptions can occur on the day you come in to meet your forever friend. Stop in and see us! If you rent, we need to confirm you are permitted pets. All adoptions are subject to staff approval.
