Sapphire's Story
Sapphire is one of five, mix-breed puppies that were born in our program on New Year's Day 2018. Their mother Ruby is a purebred female Weimaraner who came to rescue from one of our shelter partners, where she had entered as a stray. Ruby arrived more than halfway through her pregnancy. She settled into her foster home and gave birth to five healthy puppies on January 1, 2018.<br/><br/>Sapphire is a sweet, loving and fun girl; she loves to cuddle with her foster family and play with the other dogs in her foster home. She is all black with a white marking on her chest.
