A true diamond in the rough - meet Sapphire!<br/>Sapphire is a 1 year old female Husky/Lab mix. She was brought to us alongside her sister, Cinnamon, who has her own listing. (These two do not have to be adopted together, but if you are interested in both, there is a discount for adopting two pets at the same time!)<br/>Sapphire was brought to us through no fault of her own. Her original owner could no longer keep her and left her with family, but they were also unable to keep her long term. Now, she is with us searching for a better fit!<br/>In her previous home, Sapphire was around other dogs and kids, and did well with them. She has never been around cats before, though. Her owner did notice Sapphire and her sister would sometimes scrap over their favorite bones, so she might be possessive over certain toys. Sapphire is housebroken and knows a few basic commands. Being so young still, though, and being a mix of high-energy breeds, she will need an owner with an active lifestyle! She is not the type of dog to be content to sit at home all day, and will need plenty of physical and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy. Sapphire is a very sweet girl, and despite her size thinks she makes the perfect lapdog.<br/>Sapphire has received her first round of vaccinations and is ready to find her forever home!
