Meet Sandy

The last photo is when Sandy was rescued. Both of her ears and eyes were very infected, she was malnourished and emaciated. Her owners left her tied to a tree on a 3-4ft rope for over 2mos before we took her in. She spent yrs of her life tied up and having puppies. She's had multiple litters and when she was found there were several deceased puppies at different stages of decomposition found around her. She is very affectionate, loves to play and just wants to be close to someone at all times. She does have some visual impairment due to the chronic infections and requires eye drops but she doesn't let it slow her down.
