While initially very timid and shy, Sammy has continued to open up as he gains confidence in his surroundings. He sleeps through the night in his bed and will let you know if he has to go out. We are working on crate training and he sometimes protests but then quickly settles. He has met our cats and is only mildly interested, he enjoys meeting other dogs, and is very people friendly. Sammy needs a confident leader that will continue his socialization and basic obedience. He responds well to treats and attention so should be easy to train. He rides well in the car, and recently did great in his visit to Tractor Supply.
