Freedom Ride for Sammy! Our sweet Sammy is out of the shelter thanks to an amazing team of people who went above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you Sheri Cooley and Ken Young for driving this boy a great distance to his foster mom from northern to southern CA! He's now safe with his temporary foster family, and his health is already improving. Sammy has proven to be a true gentleman polite, affectionate, and full of gratitude. Temp foster mom Liv has nothing but wonderful things to say about this handsome boy! Sammy even enjoys his little foster sibling who adores him! Sammy is currently recovering from kennel cough and decompressing after a stressful few weeks in the shelter. Once he's fully rested, he'll be ready to find his foster home where he can continue to heal, relax, and rediscover the joy of being a dog. If you'd like to open your home and heart to Sammy and would like to foster him, let us know he's all smiles now that he's out of the shelter and ready for his next chapter. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.
