Meet SAMMY! www.youluckydogrescue.org - Adoption Application can be found on this website. Hello! My name is Sammy, and I’m a 3-month-old puppy who’s as cute as they come. I love playing with toys and romping around, but I tire out quickly and happily curl up for long, cozy naps with my humans and doggie siblings. I enjoy having a canine friend and would do great with another dog in the home, but I’d also shine as your one-and-only companion. I’m learning how to be a good boy and am currently working on house training. The vet expects me to grow into a medium-sized dog. Sammy is a true social butterfly who loves everyone he meets and is kid-friendly, making him a wonderful fit for families of all kinds. As a growing puppy, he’ll need continued guidance, patience, and support to help him become the best boy he can be. If you’re looking for a playful, snuggly, loving puppy, Sammy might be your perfect match! PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time. Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
