Sammy

Hey there, I'm Sammy! You might say I've had a bit of a rough ride. I was found at a dirt bike track with a pretty serious wound on my back, but I've healed up and am ready to start my next chapter. Now I'm looking for my forever pit crew! I'm a sweet, gentle Pittie boy who believes the best things in life are treats, good company, and a nice walk with my favorite person. I've got a good head on my shoulders, walk nicely on a leash, and am always happy to make friends with people who have a snack or two to share.

I'm also a friendly guy when it comes to other dogs, though cats probably aren't going to make my race team. I'm ready to trade the dirt track for a cozy home, a loving family, and plenty of adventures. My racing days might be behind me, but I'm still ready to go the distance for the right person. So, who's ready to take home their very own champion? Start your engines, because Sammy is ready to race straight into your heart!
We do not see Petfinder inquiries! Please visit our website www.grandrivershumane.org to fill out an adoption application and learn more about our upcoming adoption event locations.
