A confident, friendly dog companion would be a huge bonus for her, as she gains confidence by watching and learning from other dogs. She can be shy at first and may growl briefly while warming up, but once she feels safe, she’s happy to relax nearby and quietly observe — with the occasional playful moment sprinkled in. 🐕 <br/><br/>She’s a low-energy girl most of the day, with short bursts of zoomies that she loves to enjoy in the yard. Because of this, a fenced yard would be ideal so she can run, play, and continue her house-training journey. Samira is doing well but isn’t fully house trained yet and will need continued guidance, consistency, and encouragement.🏡 Samira adores being close to her people — cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed are some of her favourite things. She’s good with handling, enjoys car rides, and walks nicely on leash based on her vet visit experience. She does not enjoy being crated but settles very well in a pen setup, where she feels safe and relaxed. 🚗 <br/><br/>She has been briefly tested with cats and did well, and would do best with older, dog-savvy children who understand giving a shy dog space when needed. 🐱 Samira’s foster describes her as calm, loyal, sweet, and eager to please.
