Sam's Story

Sam is about 8 yrs old. When he came into the shelter he was emaciated and shut down. Since then he has put on weight and become a confident poodle! Sam gets along with other dogs but would do best with a female canine friend. He has a dominate personality and not all the dogs are impressed with it. Sam is crate trained but if he's crated an apartment or townhouse is not a good fit as when he wants out, he wants out. Sam does good on leash and appears to be house trained. Sam needs an active home as he does enjoy his zooming with the other dogs.
