Meet Sam! Sam is a sweet and shy 20 lb 9 month old dachshund Beagle mix. He is happiest when his foster mom and dad are nearby to give him lots of love and affection! Sam is a newcomer to Canada so he is learning lots of new things like how to dress warm for cold weather, how to use the stairs and all the new noises of a big city. Sam has been practicing commands and is a good listener! He is also practicing his house training but is most comfortable using pee pads inside where it is nice and warm!
