She recently had a litter of puppies and has been a wonderful, attentive mama. She is now spayed to be spayed and ready to start her next chapter.<br/><br/>Salome absolutely loves working livestock—especially being behind goats and helping move them along. She has strong herding instincts and would do best in an active home, whether that’s on a farm, ranch, or with a family committed to giving her plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.<br/>She’s affectionate, loyal, eager to please, and ready to be someone’s hardworking sidekick and devoted companion. If you’re looking for a smart, active, and loving Blue Heeler to add to your family, she could be the perfect fit!<br/><br/>Salome has been with her new foster for a few days/nights and we’re told that she’s a great traveling companion, rides quietly in the car and curls up in the seat next to you. She’s quiet in the crate and walks well on the leash. She is a little intimidated with new dogs in her face but is learning that they mean no harm. She has been exposed to cats and so far hasn’t been reactive towards them. <br/><br/>Salome is currently fostered in Nevada County.
