SALLY's Story
DOB: 07/26/24
Weight: 15lbs
Adoption fee: $350
*(Adoption fee includes 1 hour of paid training, spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.)

PLEASE READ HER BIO.

Sally is a beautiful red and white terrier mix with a big personality just waiting to shine. She is still learning to trust people, but this sassy little pup has a heart of gold and a playful spirit that lights up when she’s around other dogs.

Sally is not house trained and not currently leash trained, so she will need a patient family willing to help her learn as she grows in confidence. She’s not comfortable being handled by strangers just yet as she’s still working on building trust and feeling safe with human touch, and it will take ample time for her to feel secure. But give her time, space, and understanding, and you’ll be amazed at how her personality blooms.

Around her dog friends, Sally is pure joy – bouncy, active, and always ready for a good game of chase or tug.

She’d thrive in a home with another friendly, confident dog to help show her the ropes and make her feel secure. Her ideal home would be an ADULT-ONLY home with someone who is EXPERIENCED with scared dogs, HOME OFTEN, and with a FULLY-FENCED YARD. The family will need to be patient, gentle, encouraging, and willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace.

Sally may need a little extra TLC, but in return, she’ll bring endless charm, laughs, and love into your life. Sally's adoption fee is reduced thanks to a generous sponsor who is also providing one hour of paid training!

Take a chance on Sally. She’s worth it!

Our adoption process and application can be found at -
https://www.sunnyskysshelter.org/our-adoption-process

Note: Breed descriptions are provided as a general estimate based on the dog's size, shape, and appearance.
