OUT-OF-TOWN Dogs with NDR refer to dogs we have saved that have yet to make their journey to Ontario. These dogs are currently in our care with the help of our partners in the area. These dogs will all travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found.

Backstory:
Salem was born in Gjoa Haven, Nunavut and was transferred to the Yellowknife SPCA at 5 weeks old. He was adopted at 7 weeks old and was returned at 7 months because they had no time for him.

Salem is super friendly, great with dogs, and easily trainable. He is a clean slate and just needs someone dedicated to help teach him how to be the best dog he can be. Despite being in a home for 5 months; unfortunately, no one taught him any obedience so he is a big puppy but very smart and food motivated so he will be a fast learner. He is an amazing dog and will make a wonderful companion for a family who will be committed to providing him with structure and boundaries and all the love and attention he deserves!
