Meet Sage!! Sage was found chained up in the woods left to die a few years ago. Animal control saved her and her identical twin brother Cheeseburger, and they have been with us ever since. From Sage’s foster dad – “Sage is a very smart girl. When I get her to do something I want her to do, by opening or closing her inside and outside dog doors — I can only use that trick once and she is on to it. She loves back rubs and neck scratches and is very loving.” Sage and Cheese are about 6 years old and weigh around 60 lbs. They would both do well as the only dog in the household. Freedom Fences's Adoption Policy

We review the information received on our application forms, complete a vet/reference checks, and have a home visit/meet and greet before any adoption is complete. We require any other animals in the household to be spayed/neutered and receiving heartworm prevention. For many of our animals, we require a fenced in area. If the adoption does not work out for any reason, we require the animal be returned to our rescue.
