Sage

Im the last of the 32 feral dogs that came into the shelter last year, and Ive come a long way since then. Im still learning that people can be kind and safe, but Im making steady progress every day. I may be a bit shy at first, but with patience and understanding, I continue to open up more and more.

Leashes are something Im still getting used to, and Im learning—slowly but surely—that they arent so scary after all. Ill need a calm, patient home that will let me go at my own pace and celebrate the little wins with me. With time, consistency, and love, I have so much potential to become a loyal and rewarding companion.
