Sage knows “sit” and has great recall, but like any young heeler, she’ll benefit from continued basic training and confidence building.<br/><br/>While still shy in new environments, Sage has come a long way! She now even nudges her foster’s hand for pets! Head kisses, though, are still a bit too much for this sensitive girl. She’s a quiet companion who settles nicely once comfortable and is happiest when she feels safe and understood.<br/><br/>Sage does well with dogs, cats, and respectful kids, and she’s even been around small animals like chickens and bunnies.
