Sadie Marie's Story
Sadie was adopted, by a wonderful man, but here is the reality of her situation. Because she was left in an outside dog pen for WAY too long, and her only interaction was with the gal who took care of her, she has scars.

She almost immediately shut down on him, so we brought her back with us, as having another dog around seems to provide her with much needed confidence.

So we continue to make her join us in the living room. She tends to follow the resident dog’s lead, but is still not always sure.

She loves giving kisses but quickly wants her space. She is the easiest pup you’ll ever meet - calm and simple. But I think the ideal home for her needs to be a primary female caregiver, another dog for confidence, and a yard, so she can wander around on her own. We will continue to update everyone if this changes.

Her family is out there. We just need to find them. This pup is totally vetted. To apply to adopt, please go to a-a-n-t.org and fill out an adoption application
