Sadie Claire <br/>#hmrsadieclaire <br/>1-2 yr old 50 pounds black spayed female Labrador mix who is vaccinated and heartworm negative. <br/>Sadie was taken in by a rural shelter in Louisiana in June of 2025. She is very sweet and well mannered but hasn’t had much experience outside of a shelter environment. She walks well on a leash and is very trusting of her humans so she will be an easy one to have adjust and settle into a home. She crates quietly and aims to keep her kennel clean. She was around kids and other dogs in her 4 week foster home before coming to Virginia. She loved the backyard and the freedom to run around and play tag. She has met the tester cats here in Virginia and shows no aggression, the one cat does enjoy playing with friendly dogs and Sadie seemed like she could learn to play politely. She <br/>She rides well in a car, laying quietly in the back seat.
