Sadie's Story
Sadie is a happy, active dog who enjoys spending her days outdoors with her people. She is content to switch gears and spend time lounging around with you too, but she's happiest when she can be active and outdoors burning off all her energy and has a job to do!

She loves chasing toys, and loves a good stuffed animal shred! She is very affectionate, loyal, and friendly to those she has the opportunity to spend time with! She can be unsure and vocal when meeting new people, but once she's reassured that they are friends and has time to warm up, she's right in there getting butt-scratches and belly rubs!

She does pretty good on a leash, but walks best when on a long-line so she can explore the world with her nose! She listens well to her name and a whistle for recall, and has some basic obedience under her belt as well! She's very food motivated which helps keep her on track with training!

She can be a bit choosey with the animals she keeps company with, she much prefers male dogs and can get pretty territorial around females. With cats, she would do well with a cat that understands dogs, but she does enjoy the excitement of a chase, so something to keep in mind! Slow and monitored introductions are recommended for the best outcome and lasting friendships between Sadie and other animals!
