Sadie's Story

If youre looking for a gentle soul with eyes that could melt your heart, look no further Sadies your girl! This beautiful pittie sweetheart has the puppy dog eyes mastered and knows exactly how to use them to ask for more belly rubs or cuddles. Sadies favorite thing in the world is spending time with her people. Whether its curling up beside you for a nap or joining you for a leisurely walk, shes happiest just being by your side. She walks wonderfully on leash, seems to be housetrained, and has the kind of easygoing charm that makes everyone who meets her fall in love. This loving girl has had a few skin issues, but thanks to some soothing medicated baths, shes healing beautifully and feeling better every day. With a little TLC, shell soon be glowing as much on the outside as she already does on the inside. Sweet, calm, and endlessly affectionate, Sadie is ready to mosey her way right into your heart and your home.

Sadie is currently in a foster home. If you're interested in her, please email kswanson@berkeleyca.gov First, we'll set up a virtual meeting with their current foster family via phone, Zoom, or Facetime, to provide you with more detailed information. Then, if you feel that Sadie might be a good adoption fit, shelter staff will gladly coordinate an up-close and personal meet and greet with your potential family member. Thank you for your support!
