Sabrina

"Sabrina" is a sweet, playful 8½ -mos old female GSD who is full of affection and mischief! Sabrina is somewhat reserved when first meeting people, but warms up quickly. She will almost certainly be good with children, with the risk of bowling over toddlers in her exuberance. She is GREAT with other dogs and LOVES to be chased and to play rough. Sabrina has not been around cats, and her abundant energy makes it unlikely that she will be good with them. Sabrina has a large frame that she has yet to fill into. She weighed about 55 lbs at the time this was posted, but she will likely grow to be around 75 lbs. She has a beautiful, thick sable coat with exotic markings.  <br/><br/>Sabrina is already housetrained, and it took her just two days to learn (with a dog door)! However, she's like a 12-wk old puppy sometimes, grabbing any object she can and dragging it outside. Give her time, though--as of this posting she's only been inside a house for two days! Sabrina knows how to sit on command, and appears to do well on a leash. She likes to play with balls and sticks and LOVES water--splashing in it, swimming in it, and biting it from a hose! <br/><br/>Sabrina belonged to some people who were apparently not taking very good care of her. Sabrina's present guardian met her tied up in a backyard at the house of an acquaintance's friend. Her owners were moving and when he asked if he could take her, they let him. Sabrina is definitely NOT an abused dog--she's not hand-shy and loves to be handled. <br/><br/>Sabrina's adoption fee is $300.
