Ryla is a 3-year-old Beagle mix who weighs 35 pounds and is ready to find her forever home. She’s spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on her vaccines, making her a healthy and happy girl looking for a fresh start.

Rescued as a dumped stray in Texas, Ryla is now eager to move past her rough beginnings and settle into a loving home. Although she has her snuggly and mellow moments, Ryla also has her spurts of energy. She would really enjoy a couple or family who will take her on long walks, hikes, or let her romp around in the backyard.

Ryla can be selective with other dogs, so she would do best as the only pet in the household. A dog-savvy family who can help her with her interactions and provide structure would be ideal. With some patience and guidance, Ryla will thrive in the right environment.
