Ryder TX

Ryder found himself in a busy Texas shelter until he caught the eye of a rescuer who got him out of there. We believe he is a "Chiweenie" - Dachshund/Chihuahua mix - who is around 7 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He was definitely someone’s baby in the past as he is house trained and loves to sleep on a pillow. Eyes are cloudy but he seems to see just fine.<br/><br/>Ryder has been to the vet who said that his teeth weren't bad and that the hair loss on his back is from fleas. He is now flea-free and receiving medicated baths multiple times a week from his foster mom.<br/><br/>We will provide more info on Ryder as we learn more about him.
