I’m a 9-month-old Border Collie/Labrador Retriever mix weighing about 33 pounds, and I’m basically a ball of energy with legs. I love to run, play, explore, and keep everyone on their toes. If you’re looking for a calm puppy right away... that’s probably not me. First I have to burn off all my zoomies!<br/><br/>I love soft toys, playing with other dogs, and any activity that keeps both my brain and body busy. Because I’m such an active and intelligent pup, I would do best with a big yard and an active family who can give me plenty of exercise and fun things to do. If I don’t get enough activity, I might bounce off the walls and find my own entertainment—so it’s definitely better if you pick the adventure for us!<br/><br/>Once I’ve had a chance to get my energy out, I’m actually a very sweet and affectionate guy. I love cuddles, attention, and being close to my people. I’m good with kids, dogs, and cats, and I try my best to fit right into the family. I'm housebroken, great on a leash and very smart (if I do say so myself!)<br/><br/>I’m looking for a home that understands high-energy puppies and is excited to help me grow into the amazing dog I’m meant to be.
