Ruvane's Story
Ruvane is currently located at the EAC in Westminster (10460 Town Center Dr, Westminster, CO, 80021) and can be visited from 10am-6pm Sat/Sun and 12pm-7pm Mon-Fri! Email our EAC team at EAC@savinganimalstoday.org for more information!

Ruvane is a two-year-old Border Collie mix with a thoughtful heart and a gentle soul. True to his breed, he’s an intelligent and sensitive boy who likes to take a moment to assess new people and unfamiliar situations. He may be a little wary at first, but with patience, kindness, and a few reassuring words, Ruvane’s sweet personality begins to shine.

He loves spending time with his people, learning new things, and being included in the daily action. Whether it’s practicing cues, going for a walk, or just hanging out nearby, Ruvane enjoys having a job to do and a person to bond with. He does well with other dogs and could especially benefit from a confident canine friend who can help show him the ropes and boost his confidence.

Because he can be sensitive to sudden movements and lots of commotion, Ruvane would thrive in a home with children 7 and older who understand how to give him space when he needs it. With a patient family willing to offer gentle guidance and encouragement, Ruvane will truly blossom—forming deep, loyal bonds and becoming the devoted companion he’s meant to be.
