Meet pint sized sweetheart Ruth Ann! She was rescued from Kern County Animal Shelter. She is about 6lbs and super sweet, very submissive but a little shy. She loves dogs and plays well with dogs big and small. She can get overwhelmed in new homes but foster mom carries her around and allows her to cuddle on the couch and sleep in her bed.
