His quiet, gentle affection absolutely melts your heart.<br/><br/>Rusty gets along well with other animals and would thrive in a calm, patient home where he’s given the space and reassurance to build his confidence. Watching him come out of his shell is incredibly rewarding — every small step forward feels like a big victory.<br/><br/>When Rusty first came to us, he was in rough shape and missing fur, but he’s been blossoming more each day. He’s well on his way to becoming the happy, healthy, and handsome boy he was always meant to be. We usually respond via email within 24-48 hours; please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us.<br/><br/>Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
