Rusty

RUSTY has been at our shelter for over 3 years as of 12/05/2024. <br/><br/>RUSTY!!<br/><br/>Guys! This handsome boy has been here the longest and we don't understand why. He's a Chocolate Lab/Pit mix, approximately 7 years old (maybe older) and still playful at times. Just LOOK at his pretty brown eyes! This friendly boy is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative and weighs about 80lbs now. Rusty is a big boy and still a lot of fun!<br/><br/>Rusty would be great with people in general, but wouldn't do well with a male dominant dog in the same family. Rusty would do better in a quiet home, preferably with no children or only older children. He does not like to have his tail pulled or be jumped on. He is not good with cats. He does love car rides though, and he'd be more than happy to jump into yours and go home with you. <br/><br/>Please get him out of the shelter and give him a family he can call his own. He's been here way too long and needs a best friend.
