When it’s time to relax, his calm and well-mannered demeanor shines. He’s crate-trained, housebroken, and doesn’t chew on anything but his own toys. Russell would thrive as the only dog in a home where he can receive all the attention he deserves. Though he’s had positive interactions with female dogs and has shown no reaction to males, his behavior around cats hasn’t been assessed yet. He prefers a quiet home where he has full run of the house and fenced in yard, not a big party dog, so really wants his home to be his sanctuary. He does not like anyone to touch his hind side or hind paws. His loyalty and love once he knows your his human or humans are unmatched.
