Rupert – 10 year old male – BEST Friends with Cooper<br/>(It would be awesome if they could stay together, as they help each other be the BEST dogs!)<br/>Rupert was a neglected dog in previous life. He was crated too much and didn’t have enough time with kind people. He has made great progress since being with CSRNE and meeting his best buddy Cooper. He adores Marc (his caregiver) who has spent much time getting to know Rupert. Rupert really loves Cooper who has taught him to play and trust! Rupert is very clean in his kennel.<br/><br/>We ask anyone interested in adopting any of our dogs, please fill out and send in our adoption application and restraint agreement.
