His happy spot is right next to you on the couch. He bonds with his people and likes to follow his foster mom around the house. Rupert can be timid around new people (especially men) but does warm up to them over time if they keep coming around or share treats. He is happy to sleep either in a crate or in the bed with his people. He is fully house-trained and doesn't get into any mischief when left alone. He is super with other dogs of all types, sizes and ages. His behavior towards them gentle, playful and engaging and he loves his toys and balls. However, Rupert does like to destroy plush toys, so the tougher ones are better for him. He is still a little overweight but is on a special diet. Rupert needs exercise such as regular walks or opportunities to play with other dogs. He is heartworm negative, neutered and ready for a sleepover.
