Meet Rumor! Age: 5 Weight: 44lbs
Rumor might appear sad and serious in some of her pictures, but this girl is ALL SMILES in person! Rumor is a happy, spunky girl who loves to be with people. In her foster home, she is like velcro to her foster momma and loves "helping" with everything. When her services are not needed as a leg warmer, Rumor moves to her secondary job in the house: couch warmer. Rumor doesn't let a couch get cold! Rumor is a confident girl and comfortable in new situations and meeting new people, including children. Recently, she crawled into a stranger's lap - and all he did was say hello to her. She is so funny! Rumor responds to her name and knows sit, stay, and down. She's easy to walk on a leash and is both crate-trained and housetrained. She even rings a bell at the back door if you haven't noticed her walking around with her legs crossed. Rumor is ecstatic for playtime with other dogs, but we do require your dog (if you have one - or more!) and Rumor to first meet at the shelter before finalizing the adoption.
